What parents ask
Is it really free?
Yes. Every lesson in every subject and grade is free and stays free. Pro and Super add extra challenges and rewards on top, with a 7-day free trial.
Does my child need an account?
No. Open the game and play. A free parent account is optional: it saves each child's progress and lets them play on any device. Children never need an email or password.
Where is progress saved?
Without an account, in the browser on the device your child uses: clearing the browser's data erases it. With a parent account, it is also saved to your family's account, so it is safe if a device is lost or cleared.
What data do you collect?
Without an account, nothing about your child: we only count app opens per day and country. With a parent account, we store your email and each child's first name, grade and game progress, and nothing else. You can download or delete it all at any time. The full details are on the privacy page.
How do I cancel a paid plan?
Log in to the parent area, open Plan, then Manage billing, and choose Cancel. The plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for and you are not charged again. If you cancel during the free trial, nothing is charged at all.
Which devices does it work on?
Any modern browser on phones, tablets and computers. After the first visit it also works with no internet connection.
What languages does it support?
Menus and buttons come in English, Hindi, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Chinese. The lessons themselves are in English.
What age is it for?
Ages 5 to 12, from Senior Kindergarten to Grade 6. Children can move up or down a grade at any time.
